How is it possible that Jon Stewart, a comedian, has more sensible and rational interviews than any other anchor I know?
There's two parts to this uncut interview with Doug Feith. It's respectful, hard-hitting, and occasionally funny. It's also outstandingly informative and well-reasoned.

Stewart has had the most insightful interviews for a while now. And yeah, that is depressing at some level. Koppel used to be decent; but then again several of his generation were. Journalism today is not about the news, its newsertainment, remember?
